Never allowed
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and their parts.
- Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and unapproved medicines or supplements.
- Alcohol and tobacco products sold without the required licence.
- Live protected wildlife, endangered species, and products made from them.
- Stolen goods, or goods without the right to sell them.
- Counterfeit or pirated goods, including fake brand items and copied media.
- Human remains, body parts and bodily fluids.
- Hazardous chemicals, pesticides and fuels outside approved retail channels.
- Adult or sexually explicit material.
- Personal data lists, hacked accounts, and financial instruments such as cards or cheques.
- Anything unlawful under Samoan law, or restricted by customs and biosecurity rules.
Restricted, with conditions
- Food and produce must be safe, fresh and honestly described; commercial food businesses must hold the required approvals.
- Traditional cultural items (siapo, ie toga, carvings) must be genuinely owned by the seller and lawful to sell or export.
- Services such as transport must be provided by verified, licensed providers through the taxi section.
Enforcement
Prohibited listings are removed without notice. Depending on severity we may suspend the seller, withhold related payouts, and report the matter to the authorities.
Reporting
Use the Report button on any listing, seller or message to flag something you believe breaks this policy. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
